Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

  • Assemble the Skewers: On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the ends for handling.
  • Season: Drizzle the assembled skewers with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve: Arrange the skewers on a platter and enjoy fresh!
  • Optional: For extra flavor, you can marinate the mozzarella balls in olive oil, garlic, and herbs before assembling the skewers.
